Latency, refresh rate and range

ExpressLRS runs at very low latency with a high refresh rate, up to 500 Hz on 2.4 GHz, which you feel in race and freestyle where reflexes and precision matter. Crossfire refreshes more slowly (around 150-250 Hz), but it is heavily proven in long range and known for its reliability. On its 868/915 MHz band, ELRS also reaches far, so distance is no longer Crossfire's exclusive turf.
